Great food and great service

The last three times I’ve ate here it’s always a issue. From getting my order wrong twice to all the fat in the chopped brisket, not to mention the smaller portion sizes. I use to love this place but I won’t be going back.

Burgers and fries were delicious. Service was not the best. We had to hunt for our server several times. Kids meals are excellent values.

Had a large family gathering for birthday celebration. We only had one server, Sidney. She did a great job of trying to take care of us, but it took well over 30 minutes to get our food after we ordered. When the food was brought out there was a bit of confusion as to who ordered what. My meal (2-meat combo) was sort of warm, not hot, which was disappointing. By that time I was too hungry to ask her to send it back. While I understand it was a large group, management should've assigned at least 2 servers. Not sure if/when we'll visit again, but certainly would encourage management to look at staffing needs for a Friday night. Kudos at least to Sidney for her efforts!

Ordered to go. Service was quick and courteous. Food came out in good time. Order was accurate and the food was excellent

Very well organised and convenient spot. They provide large portions and for inexpensive prices. We liked the meals a lot and the staff were very welcoming and chatty. I recommend this place.

The food was delicious and you got a large amount for a very reasonable price (especially the children's portions.) Our waitress was friendly and prompt. The restaurant was clean as were the bathrooms. My only complaint, which is minor, was the cole slaw was slightly warm probably from sitting under the heat lamp before being served. Other than that everything was great! We will definitely be returning to this location!

I am sure the smoked meat here is good but so is Rib Crib’s. I waited in line for 30 minutes at city butcher just to find out, very rudely, that they were sold out. The people behind the counter said “The more we sell, the quicker we can go home!” I was treated very rudely here. I went to Rib Crib, got all of my meat and was actually acknowledged and told “thank you for coming in!” #Soldout (C Butcher clever catch phase) is really kind of anti-customer if you really stop and think about it. Well, the people working there sure do like the saying, so I guess it’s all good. I’m very happy for them

Food is good, it's rib crib. Today they were not that busy as we came on a Saturday for dinner aound 5, but the service was not the best. I ran out of water and my husband ran out of tea, other than that, every thing was fine

Took grandson for a mini vacation looking for small place for lunch. Great food and staff was great also. Recommend stopping in and getting a bite to eat.

Amazing experience! The restaurant was slightly busy! I only had an old school sandwich and it was delicious! However, it was quite busy on this Saturday! It took a while for my food to get out to me and my drink completely ran out before my waiter got back to me. However, because I’m a reasonable person who could see the restaurant was packed with customers, I wasn’t going to get upset if the service wasn’t the fastest. We all have to remember that our server isn’t only serving us, but probably multiple other tables. In other words, YOUR REFILL OF SWEET TEA isn’t as important as you think! ;)

Consistently just a great meal at a decent price.

The service is terrible, and has gotten worse. This was a great place at one time. Prices have topped reasonable.Not worth it.

Their food is amazing and I also love and would recommend their chips and salsa!! The salsa here is so good!

Dinner was great, I had St. Lewis style ribs, with cheese fries, be and corn on the cob. The waitress was polite and respectful and was very attentive to my mother and I. I recommend this to everyone

What an amazing dinner date my husband and I had here! We visited on Tuesday Jan. 28, 2020. The place was incredibly busy. Mike the manager visited our table several times to make sure the food was to our liking, which it was! He was so attentive and he's the MANAGER! Dinner arrived timely and was good and hot. What an amazing time my husband and I had. We will definitely be back again and again and I've been recommending this particular restaurant to all my friends and family! Bravo Mike and your great staff, bravo!!

The place was overwhelmed by a dinner crowd. The host sat our poor servers entire section in about 10 min. When we ordered, they were "out of chicken and spuds". We substituted pulled pork for our Dynamite chicken salads which were good. My dad ordered the all you can eat ribs. We were there for 3 hours waiting on various things. While we waited for drinks, silverware, more bbq ranch the "manager" was busing tables...there was no wait. My dad never got a second plate of ribs. They brought out a 1/4 pound of brisket with our ticket for him and still charged us full price. We complained and they agreed to take half his meal off. While we waited 15 more minutes for manager approval, where was he? You guessed it busing tables. We were far from the only ones displeased. A discussion with this manager about priorities is in need. When the 10 top next to us complained he could barely be bothered.

First off, we were just about the only ones in there. There was one other table, and a couple at the bar. One other couple came in before we left. So you would think the service would be awesome, or at least attentive. Not so much. It took a long time to get our food. The mashed potatoes were cold. Most of the food was great. Just a few things wrong. Our waiter had a bad habit of bringing out the food and never coming back. We had to flag him down, in the empty restaurant, to get his attention. I asked him twice for a cup to put my cole slaw in to put in the go box. We had to remind him of things too many times. If it was busy, we could understand. The prices here are just too much, for what you get. They're trying to be an "upscale restaurant" I guess. But they don't have upscale service, atmosphere, or food. That must be why we were the only ones there!

Have not dined the Rib Crib experience yet. Curb side has the number a little too well. Their Catfish Plate is complete with a slice of lemon and pickle order with 2 sides. The deals are real.Do the survey for a great treat.1 email per receipt.

Although their food is excellent they no longer have Ribfest are you can eat ribs all month long in May. As a avid supporter of rib crib this breaks my heart to see this tradition die. Same great excellent food but they killed a wonderful tradition called Ribfest at rib crib. RIP Ribfest

For starters I was greeted and seated right away. I automatically felt at home, it was a really comfortable environment. my most favorite thing about the experience I had here was our server I thought I knew what great service was until I met Mrs.king, we had our Waters right off, our drinks came fast, our food was exactly what we wanted, and she made sure we were taking care of the whole time she carried the perfect amount of conversation not too much just perfect! I have a feeling that mary is on her way to management. She definitely should be, she looked out for other people's tables she had the sense to have everything organized and ran perfect around her I just want to say thank you Mary we will be back soon!!!!!!!

Ordered the Rib Meal to go...DELICIOUS! And they didn't forget the pickles, onions, peppers, bread and sauce this time! So Happy with our dinner! Netflix and Ribs!

Clean, great staff and fabulous food.

I wish they would reopen the one that they closed in Independence. I had their 2 meat lunch special and enjoyed it even though the brisket was a bit dry. BBQ sauce covers a multitude of sins.

Food was gross and dried out and old and they forgot some of our meals and ended up having to go back and make the meals they forgot. Very disappointed don’t recommend their food was cold when we got it too

We had the best time I called on Thursday and said I needed tables set for 20 on Saturday when they opened. No problem. The food was great and our waiter, Adam, was the best ever. Thank you Adam you made our day. Thanks RibCrib your employees are the best in Springfield.

Good..... good..... some really good food I really like it. Some of the best bbq around. Give a try you wont be disappointed for sure!

Ordered 2 potatoes for curbside and was told 10 minutes. Drove from Ozark because they were out of potatoes. Took 20 minutes to get there. Waited 10 minutes and called again from the parking lot. She said she would check on it. Called back after 10 more minutes and she said they were working on it. Restaurant barely busy. You might want to check your weekend staff. Very disappointed in Rib Crib at this point

Awesome food and great service.

They said they ran out of stuffed spuds, (potatoes) about 20 minutes before we got there! I ordered the Chicken Strip meal. When I got my food, there were only two chicken strips, that were covered by a huge amount of french fries. The coleslaw was good, service was great.

Best ribs i ever ate.i asked for a knife.. But cancelled tge knife because tge meat just fell right off.. Super tender and moist. We had unlimited ribs and sides.. The mango margarita was awesome too.
